THEORY

ONE PUTS IN A HALF NELSON TO PUT OPPONENT TO HIS BACK BY PUSHING ON THE HEAD AND PICKING ON THE SHOULDER WITH THE SAME ARM AS WELL AS FLARING THE INNER THIGH OF THE OPPONENT TO GET HIM FLAT BEFORE TURNING.

4. CHEST TO CHEST AT A T POST WRIST
