THEORY

ONE SEEKS TO GET BEHIND ONES OPPONENT BY REACHING ACROSS TO THE OPPONENTS TRISEP AND CHASING THE FAR HIP WITH THE OTHER HAND.

0. GRAB THE SAME SIDE WRIST

1. REACH ACROSS TO THE TRICEP WITH THE OTHER HAND. WHEN TRICEP HAS BE GRASPED

2. LET GO OF SAME SIDE WRIST.

3. CHASE FAR HIP WITH FREE HAND

4. MAINTAIN CONTROL OF TRICEP WHILE CHASING FAR HIP PULLING OPPONENT TO THE MAT.

BARRIERS

1. GRABBING THE WRONG WRIST

2. PULLING ONES OPPONENT ON ONE INSTEAD OF ACROSS.

3. NOT CHASING THE HIP

SPECIAL NOTE--- THERE ARE MANY VARIATIONS TO A ARM-DRAG. THIS IS THE MOST BASIC CONCEPT AND SHOULD BE DRILLED FIRST.

RE-DRAG IS BEATING ONES OPPONENT TO THE PUNCH SO TO SAY WHEN ATTEMPTED ON ONE. ESSENTIALLY BOTH OPPONENTS ARE IN THE SAME POSITION TO WHERE IT CAN TURN INTO A CHASING OF THE HIP GAME . DON'T GET BEAT!!!! :-)
